Headquartered in Pretoria, Gauteng, with active regional hubs across Soweto, Alexandra, and Mamelodi, the Academy develops certified tournament players, official referees, and accredited talent agents across all nine provinces.
Integrates physical strategy board play into primary and secondary schools to cultivate spatial geometry, logic, and rapid cognitive mathematics.
Drives circular cash flow by sourcing high-density 3mm and 6mm MDF timber boards directly from carpentry workshops inside local townships.
Eliminates casual backyard exceptions through standardized physical time-controls, certified judges, and strict dispute resolution frameworks.
Empowers talent representatives to establish official player agencies, build managed rosters, and participate in commercial prize purses.

The Ludo Academy offers a focused, practical 3-day training programme built for serious competitors, referees, and agency managers:

Practical case study evaluation, code of conduct verification, and the official awarding of national licences.
Skill Pathway
Level 1 — Beginner Foundations
Master baseline strategic blockades, safety path navigation, and probability assessment based on standard dice mechanics.
Level 2 — Intermediate Tactics
Acquire racing trajectories, blockade manipulation, and double-token split configurations to control board pace.

03. The Agents Section
Ludo South Africa is actively inviting registered sports talent managers, agency representatives, and community entrepreneurs to become Official Ludo Agents. As the competitive circuit expands across the country, registered agents hold exclusive rights to scout talent, build player rosters, and represent athletes in official leagues and national championships.
Standard Licence: R2,500.00 – R5,000.00 (Standard annual rate).
Founding Agent Licence: R1,500.00 (Special early-adopter rate reduced from R2,500.00 for the first 50–100 registered agencies).
